Exotic Cars of Houston proudly offers this Rare 1970 Dodge Charger R/T 440 Six Pack Super Track Pak with 4-Speed Manual Hurst Pistol Grip in Bright Blue Metallic (B5 Blue) over a Blue vinyl interior with bucket seats.  Powered by a 440 Magnum Six Pack V8 engine fed by three two-barrel carburetors producing 390 hp and 490 lb-ft of torque through a 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst Pistol Grip.  The odometer currently reads 52,752 miles.

This believed to be numbers matching Charger R/T (see photos) has had a previous respray in its original color, but has not been otherwise totally restored.  In fact, the interior appears to be largely original.  Its trim tag has been decoded by Galen’s Tag Service, LLC and is registered in Galen’s Registry.  There were 684 1970 440 Six Pack Dodge Charger R/T 2 Door Sports Hardtops built to spec for the USA.  Of which, only 347 of them were 4-Speed Manuals.

The A34 Super Track Pak included Front Disc Brakes, Power Brakes, 4.10:1 Ratio with 9.75 Inch DANA 60 Axle, Sure Grip Differential, Maximum Cooling Package-less fan, 26 Inch Radiator Width with Fan Shroud and 7-Blade 18.5 Inch Diameter Engine Fan with Torque Drive Fan Unit, HEMI Suspension, Firm Ride Shock Absorbers, and Front Sway Bar.

This Charger’s Rallye Instrument Cluster also features the N85 Tic-Tach Tachometer with Clock.  

The trio of Holley 2-barrel carburetors have correct build dates (see photos) and have just been removed, cleaned, tuned, and reinstalled.  The carpet appears to be original; however, we do have a replacement carpet kit in hand if the buyer so chooses. 

This very desirable Charger R/T 440 Six Pack Super Track Pak with 4-Speed Pistol Grip from the very height of the muscle car era is overall, a very nice driver-quality car.  It has spent the last many years as a part of some larger collections and is now a rare opportunity to own a piece of iconic Detroit muscle.
