Presenting this beautiful 1988 Porsche 930 Turbo Factory Slant Nose in Silver Metallic over Black Leather with 52,382 miles. Powered by a Turbocharged 3.3L Flat 6 producing 282 hp and 289 lb-ft of torque for a 4-Speed Manual Transmission.
This 1988 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe spent several years on display in a Texas museum collection. The next Texas owner then spent considerable money in early 2017 having the engine, turbo, and brakes professionally gone through and resealed. At that same time, a new clutch was also installed and the air conditioning system was converted to 134a including a new compressor. Previous service receipts are also included for work dating back to 1994 when it had 43,870 miles, evidence that most of the car’s mileage was seen in the first 6 years of its life. The car’s next (and most recent) Texas owner then had the car professionally stripped to the metal for a respray in its original color. The inside door jams and engine compartment however were left untouched and original. This included removal of the glass, rubber, rockers, wing, etc. This was completed in Austin, TX in December of 2017 at a cost of over $10,000. It has been garaged here in the Houston area since that time.
